  • Check-in time is after 4:30 p.m. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. A photo ID and credit card deposit is required to check-in. You must notify the resort in writing of any name changes to a confirmed reservation prior to your guest's arrival. Registered Owner/Guest must remain in residency during the entire reservation, fines may be levied or reservation terminated. 
  • No-shows
  •  If you do not show, or contact the resort of a later date arrival within 48 hours of your reservation start date, the reservation is deemed used in its entirety and may not be re-scheduled.


  • Daily towel replacement. Sheets replaced once for each seven night stay. Linen is replaced only if placed in the laundry basket prior to 11:30 am.

Basic Rules:

Violators are subject to penalties levied by the Blue Whale Timeshare Association.

All interior and exterior areas of the property are NON-SMOKING.

• Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, and the like are prohibited on the property.

• Storage of any personal items in the common areas is prohibited.

• Maximum unit occupancy and number of day guests is strictly enforced.

• You are responsible for your guest's adherence to all property rules.
