General Property Information
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Pets are not allowed on the property
• Parking is limited and vehicles must not exceed 80 inches wide by 220 inches long. Recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers are prohibited on site.
• Off site parking is available in city pay lots or city metered parking approximately two blocks from the resort. The resort does not furnish off site parking passes.
Unit floor plans vary. All have full kitchens and 3/4 bathrooms. Studios (sleeps-2) have a queen bed or Murphy bed. 1-Bedrooms (sleeps-4) have a King-size bed and sofa sleeper. 2-Bedrooms (sleeps-6) have King size beds and sofa sleeper. Maximum occupancy includes children regardless of age.
