- Check-in is after 4:30 pm. Check-out is before 10:00 am.
- A photo ID and valid credit card are required to check-in.
- You must have written confirmation to check-in.
- The registered owner/guest must remain in residency during the entire reservation, fines may be levied or reservation terminated.
General Information

Parking is limited and vehicles must not exceed 80 inches wide by 220 inches long using manufactures specifications. Recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers are prohibited. Off site parking is available in city pay lots or city metered parking approximately two blocks from the resort. The resort does not furnish off site parking passes.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

The number of people that may be on the property is capped at that unit’s maximum occupancy. Occupancy is strictly enforced. You are responsible making your guests aware and adherence to property rules.

Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, and the like are prohibited on the property. No personal property may be stored outside.

If you do not show, or contact the resort of a later date arrival within 48 hours of your reservation start date, the reservation is deemed used in its entirety and may not be re-scheduled.

The resort provides daily towel replacement. Sheets are replaced once for each seven night stay. Linen is replaced only if placed in the unit laundry basket and placed outside your unit before 11:30 am. The resort does not have a guest laundry.

There is a common area patio with gas BBQs, lounge chairs and outdoor showers.

Accommodations
Unit sizes include studio, one bedroom and two bedroom. The studios are located ground level and on the second floor. All one bedroom units are located ground level. Both two bedroom units are on the second floor accessible by stairs.
Unit inventory includes: Full size major kitchen appliances, toaster, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, cookware, glassware, place settings for occupancy of the unit. Bathrooms have showers, no bathtubs, and include a hair dryer. Living rooms have a sofa sleeper, 50″ TV with free movies. King size beds in the bedrooms with the exception of the studios which have queen size custom made Murphy beds. The units do not have A/C.
